Introduction:
The fuel pump is located inside the vehicle fuel tank. The fuel pump works when the engine is started and the engine is running. If the engine is stopped and the ignition switch is still ON, the HFM-SFI control module turns off the power to the fuel pump to avoid accidental ignition.
Feature:
The fuel pump delivers high-pressure fuel to the fuel distribution pipe to ensure continuous fuel supply to the fuel injection nozzle.
The maximum pump oil pressure of the fuel pump depends on the standard of the pressure limiter. If the pressure of the fuel pump exceeds the predetermined pressure limit, the pressure limiter will open the bypass to allow the fuel to flow back to the fuel pump inlet.
